To get the very best equipment bags available there are some “gotta do” things you and we must complete. Here they are:

Easily Estimate Your Cost

Using the cost for each bag shown on our website you can easily estimate your costs. Add $5.00 to the cost for a single color logo. If you want end pockets add $5.00 on a nylon bag or $10.00 on a canvas bag. For an interior zippered pocket to carry personal belongings add $6.00.

On an initial order a $20.00 charge is made to create the screens to screen-print your logo. This is a one-time charge. (Multiple colored logos are slightly higher)

Shipping is determined by the weight of your order and the shipping zone where it will be delivered.  We ordinarily use Fed Ex ground in an effort to keep cost down. The cost and delivery time will be shown on your estimate and invoice.

What We Need

Type of Bag you want.

Number of bags you need.

You’re mailing address and billing address.

The colors of your team bags including bag body – bag ends – bag top – color of strap – color of pipe (the small piece of fabric that goes around the edges of your bag)

Colors of available fabric are shown on the bottom of the website page.

We also will need a copy of your logo, preferable in JPEG format, so that we can evaluate it for the number of colors.

What We Do

Your order is unique.  It is the only order like it – so we need to be absolutely sure we understand what you would like and how you would like it.

With the information you provide we will by return email provide you with an estimate of your costs. The estimate will reflect your final costs. We use the estimate to be sure we have your order correct and the bags will appear just the way you want them.

We will then send you by email a conceptual drawing of how your team bags will appear.

We will make corrections to the estimate until we are sure we understand exactly how you want your bags manufactured. Once you have accepted the estimate we will invoice you and ask for a 50% deposit.

Once your deposit is made we will begin manufacturing your bags. We make every effort to ship your bags in 4 weeks or less – the date of shipping will be noted on your invoice.

When the bags are completed and ready to ship we will ask for the balance due on the invoice. We will provide you with a tracking number so you will be able to track your shipment.

What You Should Know

Your bags: They are the best available - so good if you ever need a repair we will fix it free! (None of our competitors make that offer!) They are American made with the best fabrics and zippers available.

We provide a free coach’s bag with every team order of 15 bags or more.

We require a minimum of 6 bags on an initial order. After the initial order we do “fill-in” as you need bags for new players.
